Project & service information: roof specs, incentives pursued, financing selections, maintenance tickets, photos, and design files. Recruiting & employment data: resumes, experience, background checks (handled via secure partners), and payout history. Device/usage data: IP address, browser, session metadata, cookies/pixels, and interaction logs (call recordings, SMS threads, chat transcripts). Partner data: referrals from roofers, finance partners, ad platforms, or public records that help us qualify or service your project. 3. How we use your information Qualify solar, battery, EV, and service leads; schedule site surveys, installs, and maintenance visits. Prepare designs, proposals, permits, rebate paperwork, financing packages, and insurance/utility submissions. Coordinate communication between Seed Solar project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners/builders. Onboard and pay sales reps, canvassers, and installers; deliver training; prevent fraud/duplicate payouts.
